Who is Ron Swanson?

Ron Swanson is a nonbinary butch sadist whose primary kink interests are rope and sharps. Ron is a graduate of and instructor for Bondage Soup, a 12-month progressive rope education program, and loves tying with people of all different shapes, sizes, and abilities. Ron's background in the mental health field informs their desire to "hurt not harm" and to create space with others that is as physically, emotionally, and psychologically safe as possible. Ron has been known to switch "for science!" to better understand the experience of those they get to torment. Ron's topping style is much less regimented or formal than some, and they generally tie in a collaborative and intuitive way, tailoring the experience to each person. 

A note about my pricing: I have chosen to utilize a tiered pricing structure, so that those who face systemic barriers and oppression may be more able to access my services. 

Rate 1 - $150  Please consider paying this rate if you do not regularly experience systemic oppression, and you are able to utilize your privilege to support other people accessing this space and my services. 

Rate 2 - $125 

Rate 3 - $100  This rate is for those who regularly experience discrimination, oppression, and access barriers - particularly BIPOC, trans people, and folks with disabilities.

Meet Cinder (he/him)

Since joining the kink community in 2018, Cinder has developed a passion for rope and connection. As a queer, switchy top, he creates playful, affirming spaces where people of all sizes, genders, and abilities can experience bondage with confidence and joy.

A proud graduate of the Bondage Soup cohort, Cinder is both an instructor and a community builder. He’s taught classes, supported students as a TA, and hosted events like the PDX Spanktuary Play Party & Education Series. His humor, skill, and approachable style make learning with him engaging and fun.

Outside of rope, Cinder is the creative force behind Whip City Floggers, where he handcrafts quality leather toys. He’s also known for his dad jokes, DM service, and ongoing dedication to strengthening the Portland kink community.

MxJosiePosie (They/Them)

Josie is a fat, queer switch based in Portland, OR, originally hailing from Kentucky. They have a passion for teaching and tying rope, approaching their practice with a collaborative and connective style. Josie is dedicated to fostering more comfortable rope spaces for fat, disabled, queer, and neurodiverse individuals through inclusive tying practices and continuous learning.
